Each project may be subject to a separate agreement outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth collaboration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
- Respond to requests and approvals in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws when using our services.
Failure to provide necessary details or approvals may result in project delays.
Payments & Billing
- Pricing for our services will be agreed upon before the commencement of work.
- A deposit may be required before starting a project.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific contract.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will have ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.
- Any pre-existing tools, plugins, or code we use in your project remain our intellectual property.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of a project. We will not disclose client information unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
- We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee that software, websites, or systems will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for any loss, damages, or business disruptions resulting from the use of our services.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, or services into your project. We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party software updates, pricing changes, or policy modifications.
Service Modifications & Termination
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
- Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior notice as specified in the contract.
- Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled before the release of deliverables.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or legal proceedings in Sri Lanka.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
